This bottling is part of Whisky Magazine’s “Editors’ Choice” series,
created to commemorate the fifth anniversary of Whisky Magazine.

Distilled in 1977 at the now-closed Brora Distillery and matured for 26 years in a hogshead,
this single malt represents one of Scotland’s most revered “ghost distilleries.”

The selection was made by two of the most influential figures in modern whisky writing,
Michael Jackson and Marcin Miller, adding significant historical and editorial value to this release.

Bottled in 2003 at 51.3% ABV, this expression is no longer in production and is highly regarded among collectors of closed distillery malts and magazine-selected bottlings.
