Guide for buyers

First, please register your account

In order to place a bid or make a successful bid, you must register an account and authenticate a credit card. When authenticating a credit card, ¥500 will be charged to your credit card. Once your credit card has been authenticated, you can place a bid on any auction.

Bidding is easy

All you need to do is find a product page from a search or the categories, decide on the amount that you are able to bid, and press the bid button. Bidding will take place automatically based on your current highest bid amount, as the lowest bid will be bided automatically. Please check the condition and content of the product thoroughly before bidding. Once you bid a bid, you cannot take back your bid under any circumstances. You can confirm the status (maximum bid/updated high price) of the auctions you have bid in through My Page.

Auction end times

Auctions will end at a time that is set beforehand. If a bid is placed within 10 minutes of the end of the scheduled end time, the system will automatically extend the auction for 10 minutes.

Successful bid surcharge

We will collect 10% of the amount of the successful bid and consumption tax as the successful bid surcharge. If the product will be shipped overseas, there will be no consumption tax applied to the amount of the successful bid. If you would like, you can also add insurance against loss or damage.

Procedures after the successful bid

As we will send you an email after the conclusion of the auction, please follow the link to complete the procedures. You can also carry out the procedures through My Page. After you settle the payment for the product and the auction surcharge, we will send you the procedures to pay for shipping. If you successfully bid on multiple products, they will be packaged and shipped together.

Payment deadline

Please complete your payment within 7 days of the conclusion of the auction. If you do not complete the payment in a timely manner, a late charge of 3% will be applied every 7 days.

Payment methods

Credit card (3.73% fee applies)
Bank transfer (The exact amount of money for the product and shipping should be deposited in your account. By using services like Transferwise, you can specify the exact amount to be deposited.

Shipping

Shipping costs will vary based on the region of the destination. Shipping will take place within 14 days of the completion of the payment. Since the process will begin after the conclusion of the auction, we may require some time. We kindly ask for your understanding. We will notify you through email once shipping has taken place.
