Flow of listing items to the auction?

Please create an account, print and fill out the entry form, and send us the bottle you want to sell. We will take pictures of the bottles and upload the bottle information on the auction page. After uploading, you will be able to check the current price from My Page. After the auction ends, we will contact the successful bidder, and after receiving the payment, we will deposit the amount minus the specified fee into your bank account after a specified number of days.

Can I have the rough estimation of the bottles I have?

Please send us the details of the bottle and we will give you an estimate of the expected winning price. Please feel free to contact us.

What should I do if I want to submit a listing?

Please register an account and send your bottle to us. We will upload everything from photography to product information to the auction. You can follow the progress of the auction from My Page. We will do all the shooting, uploading, international shipping and payment.

How many items can I put up for auction at one time?

There is no particular upper limit. If you want to sell many bottles, it would be helpful if you could contact us in advance, but it is not necessary to contact us.

How and when can I receive the purchase price?

After the seller completes the payment, your account will be credited as soon as the successful bidder completes the payment.

What happens if the lowest bid price is not reached?

If you have set a minimum bid price and you do not reach that price, the auction will not be held and you can choose to resell the item at the next auction or send it back.

Is it possible to get estimations before submitting the item?

It is possible. Please contact us after taking a photo.

On Bidding and After Successful Bidding

Please tell me about the process after the successful bid.

After all auctions, please pay the price of the item and fees via email or My Page. After payment is complete, we will contact you with the total shipping cost of all the purchased bottles, so please make your payment via email or My Page. We will ship after the payment is made.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we can accommodate that. Please check the countries and regions we can ship to on the Delivery page.

Do you offer insurance for shipping?

Yes, it is insured by the shipping company.

Is it possible to pick up the goods directly?

It is possible if you make an appointment in advance.

Is it possible to arrange a transportation company by myself?

Of course it is possible.

Please tell me all the costs that the winning bidder will pay if he or she wins the contract.

The amount of the successful bid + 10% commission + consumption tax on the commission + shipping. In addition, in the case of credit card payment, a settlement fee of 3.6% will be charged.

Do I have to pay taxes?

There is no consumption tax on the amount of the winning bid. Japanese consumption tax will be imposed on the winning bidder.
