This bottle is Suntory Hakushu 10 Years Pure Malt Whisky, an older discontinued expression from the Hakushu distillery.
At the time of release, the term “Pure Malt” was used in Japan to describe what is now known as Blended Malt Whisky, made exclusively from malt whiskies without the use of grain whisky.

As this expression has been discontinued for many years, it has become increasingly sought after in the Japanese whisky market.
