An extraordinary piece of bourbon history — the Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Years Old “Lawrenceburg” bottling, distilled and bottled before the brand’s move to the Buffalo Trace Distillery.
This 1979-dated release represents the early era of Van Winkle craftsmanship, characterized by its soft wheated mashbill and hand-bottled, small-batch presentation.

Despite visible label wear, the liquid remains beautifully preserved, showing rich amber hues typical of well-aged wheated bourbons from the late 1970s.

Expect flavors of caramelized sugar, vanilla cream, dried fruits, and faint tobacco, with the elegant warmth that made the Van Winkle line legendary.

Highly collectible, especially among pre-Buffalo Trace bourbon enthusiasts. Bottles from this period rarely appear on the open market.

キャラメル、バニラ、ドライフルーツ、タバコの香りが複雑に絡み合うヴィンテージ・バーボン。
ラベルに劣化が見られるものの、液面状態は良好で保存状態は非常に優秀。

現行品とは全く異なる、オールド・バーボンらしい芳醇で丸みのある味わい。
コレクターズアイテムとしても非常に希少。
