Distilled in 1988 and bottled in 2005, this single malt was matured in a sherry butt and bottled at a robust cask strength of 58% ABV.

Produced and bottled by Hombo Brewery Co., Ltd. at the Shinshu Distillery, this release represents an early generation of Japanese single malt whisky, prior to the modern whisky boom.

The 350ml format suggests this bottling was released in limited quantities, making it a scarce and highly collectible example of vintage Mars whisky.
