“The Crowning Cask” series represents the final chapter of Karuizawa’s legendary legacy —
a tribute to Japan’s most revered closed distillery.
This 1993 vintage was aged for 25 years in a rich 500L Spanish sherry butt,
bottled in 2018 as one of the last official releases for the domestic market.

The deep mahogany hue reveals an intense sherry influence,
offering aromas of dark chocolate, dried fruits, espresso, and antique wood polish.
On the palate, it’s a harmony of raisins, burnt caramel, leather, and spice,
unfolding with remarkable depth and persistence.

Beautifully presented in a black satin-lined box with silver embossed calligraphy,
this bottle stands as a monument to Karuizawa’s craftsmanship,
a true collector’s gem marking the distillery’s swan song.

カカオやレーズン、黒糖、古樽の重厚なアロマが特徴。
口に含むとビターチョコ、エスプレッソ、ドライフルーツの深みが広がり、
長い余韻にスパイスとウッディな甘みが残る。

黒の布張り化粧箱と銀箔ロゴの重厚な装丁は、
