Description:
A highly collectible early Ichiro’s Malt Chichibu Single Malt, distilled at Chichibu in 2009 and bottled in 2014 at a powerful 62.9% ABV.

This is a single-cask release from Cask No. 388, matured in an Original Quarter Cask. The bottle is individually numbered 120 of only 159 bottles, making this a notably small release from the early years of Chichibu Distillery.

The rear label describes the quarter cask as having the same original shape as a Scotch quarter cask, with its smaller size providing greater maturation depth and helping develop sweetness and fruitiness.

The bottle carries distinctive illustrated artwork depicting a cigar-smoking scene, which is repeated on the original presentation box. The rear label identifies the release as a project involving Ichiro’s Malt and Takashimaya Nihombashi, Tokyo.

The bottle appears unopened and retains its black capsule. The capsule shows visible creasing, cracking/splitting and areas of wear/damage, particularly around the lower section and side; these areas are clearly documented in the close-up photographs. The top remains covered by the capsule.

The liquid level is visible in the lower neck and should be assessed carefully from the supplied photographs. The main illustrated label and rear label appear generally well preserved. The original black presentation box is included and shows some storage/handling wear, including minor creasing and edge/corner wear.

さらに、ボトルには手書きでBottle No. 120 / 159と記載されており、全159本のうち120番にあたる少量生産のシングルカスクボトリングです。

裏ラベルでは、クォーターカスクについてスコッチのクォーターカスクと同様の形状を持つ小型樽として説明され、小型樽ならではの熟成の深まりによって、甘みやフルーティーさを引き出す趣旨が記載されています。

葉巻を手にした人物を描いた印象的なイラストラベルが特徴で、専用箱にも同じアートワークが使用されています。裏ラベルにはIchiro’s Maltと日本橋高島屋（Takashimaya Nihombashi, Tokyo）によるProject表記も確認できます。

写真上、ボトルは未開栓と思われ、黒色のキャップシールが残っています。ただし、キャップシールにはシワ、傷みが見られます。特に下部から側面にかけて目立つ箇所がありますので、掲載しているキャップ部分のアップ写真を必ずご確認ください。天面部分はキャップシールで覆われています。

液面はネック下部付近に確認できます。液面についても写真を最優先にご判断ください。フロントのイラストラベルおよび裏ラベルは、写真上では概ね良好な状態に見受けられます。
