Distilled in 1997 and matured for 12 years in a hogshead, this bottling captures Hakushu’s signature balance of forest freshness, citrus brightness, and gentle smoke.

On the nose, vibrant aromas of grapefruit, young green herbs, fresh oak, and subtle smoke rise immediately.
The palate delivers crisp citrus, white peach, summer fruits, mild peat, pepper spice, and clean malt sweetness, supported by the lively 56% cask strength.
The finish is refreshing and moderately long—herbal, lightly smoky, and softly sweet.

A highly collectible commemorative release, rarely seen on the market.

香りはグレープフルーツ、ハーブ、若いオーク、穏やかなスモーク。
味わいはシトラス、白桃、サマーフルーツ、軽いピート、ペッパー、クリーンなモルト感が広がる。
余韻は爽やかで、ハーバル＆ライトスモークが心地よく続く。
