Distilled in 2007 and matured for 12 years in a barrel (Cask #5781), this whisky highlights the distillery’s creamy, dessert-like character — vanilla custard, almond cream, apricot, floral honey, and soft malt sweetness.
Bottled at natural cask strength (57.3%), non-chillfiltered and uncoloured, preserving the purity of the spirit.
A playful yet elegant bottling featuring the distinctive pop-art ice cream girl label, now highly collectible among Japanese whisky enthusiasts.
