A classic late-80s Tomatin bottled by Gordon & MacPhail for their long-running Connoisseurs Choice series.
Distilled in 1988 and matured in refill American hogsheads, this release highlights Tomatin’s gentle Highland character—light fruits, soft vanilla, and floral malt tones.

Nose: Fresh apples, pear drops, light honey, soft oak.
Palate: Creamy malt, vanilla, citrus peel, subtle spice.
Finish: Clean, gentle, slightly spicy with lingering fruits.

A beautifully balanced vintage Tomatin from a period now highly regarded by collectors.
