At natural cask strength (53.2%), it presents deep Islay smoke balanced with rich sherry sweetness — lavender, peat smoke, spice, toffee, and lemon cheesecake.
Non-chillfiltered and uncoloured, this expression showcases both Bowmore’s maritime character and Duncan Taylor’s signature octave maturation.
