Distilled in 1998 and matured for 11 years, this deep and intense sherry cask bottling delivers the full spectrum of Bunnahabhain’s chocolatey, fruity character at cask strength.

On the nose, it opens with dark raisins, roasted walnuts, molasses, and oloroso-soaked fruitcake, followed by hints of cocoa and polished wood.
The palate is bold and mouth-coating: rich dates, treacle, spiced chocolate, dried figs, and a gentle coastal undertone characteristic of Bunnahabhain.
The finish is long and warming, marked by sherry richness, oak spice, and lingering dark fruit sweetness.

A classic example of Adelphi’s early-era sherry cask selections—highly regarded by collectors and fans of heavy-sherry single malts.

味わいはデーツ、チョコレート、イチジク、トレクルの甘みが広がり、ブナハーブンらしいほのかな潮気も感じられる。
余韻は長く、シェリー樽由来の甘さとスパイスが心地よく続く一本。
