This long-matured cask captures Aultmore’s elegant distillery character with remarkable balance between fruity sweetness, herbal depth, and well-integrated oak.

On the nose, it opens with honeycomb, waxy apples, white peaches, and floral malt, supported by notes of citrus peel and gentle oak spice.
The palate is silky yet powerful: ripe orchard fruits, vanilla cream, light heather honey, and subtle herbal undertones, all framed by mature oak that adds structure without bitterness.
The finish is long, refined, and warming—lingering fruit sweetness, oak polish, and delicate spice.

蜂蜜や白桃、柑橘、ハーブが重なる繊細かつ上品な味わいで、29年熟成ならではの熟成感とまろやかさが魅力。

香りはハニーコンブ、白桃、リンゴ、フローラルモルト、レモンピール、オークスパイス。
味わいは熟した果実、バニラ、生花のニュアンス、ヘザーハニー、軽いハーバル感が広がり、オークが奥行きを与える。
余韻は長く、果実の甘みとスパイスが優雅に続く。

長熟オルトモアとしても希少性が高く、コレクターに人気の一本。
